Incidents are events that are manually entered to the system by the system operator as a result of reporting from the field. Incidents can be managed according to written procedure predefined by chief officer  and security staff.

The Incident Management System allows handling according to predefined flow of actions, need to be done in a specified time range. This way incident can be managed step by step in order to get the best outcome possible.
